This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by BeadLoop. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays. In case of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer, and customers will be notified accordingly.

Orders can be canceled only before they enter the processing stage. Once order processing has started, the cancel button will automatically disappear.

Shipping Charges

At BeadLoop, we offer:

  • Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges: ₹40 extra per order

The COD fee is added automatically at checkout when COD is selected.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch in 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier service, or unforeseen delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via Email . You can use this tracking ID to check your order status in real time.

We work with reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products.

Delivery Delays

BeadLoop is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters or weather conditions
  • Courier partner delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • High-demand sale periods or festive seasons

However, we will always try our best to resolve such issues quickly.

Address Accuracy

Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details. BeadLoop will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
