Damaged or Wrong Items

Non-Returnable Items

All BeadLoop products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

This includes:

  • Sale or discounted products
  • Gift items or promotional items

Refund Policy (Only Applicable for Approved Cases)

Refunds will only be processed if the issue is verified and approved by our team (e.g., wrong item or damaged product).

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 7–10 business days depending on your bank
