At BeadLoop, every product is carefully inspected and securely packed before shipping to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. Your satisfaction is important to us, so please read our policy before placing an order.

7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
Proof of purchase (Order ID) is required.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you may return the eligible product (subject to approval) and place a new order.

Refund Policy

For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
For COD orders, the refund will be processed to the customer's bank account or UPI.(Manually)
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
